Our CNC long bed machining centres enable 3 to 5-axis component milling with automatic tool change systems. Rotational speeds of 28,000 revolutions per minute are reached during high-speed machining. Component lengths of 6,500 mm and widths of 800 mm are part and parcel of our daily work.

With a maximum size of 6,250x2,250 mm, a variety of shapes can be produced. In addition, various materials are processed. Currently aluminum composite panels (ACP) are manufactured. With the functional composite, three-dimensional shapes using the "milled edge technology" are possible. Flanged edges guarantee a high-quality look and hide the black plastic core of these boards.

As system suppliers, we also naturally ensure the assembly of your products or assemblies. In timed production lines and in our customers' production process sequence, your product is delivered at the desired point in time. Efficient and safe processes as well as careful functional capability checking guarantee maximum supply security and quality. Different assembly techniques are used on our assembly lines depending on your wishes and requirements.

Adhesive bonding is becoming increasingly important to our customers as a joining method. We bond steel, aluminium or aluminium composite materials on several timed bonding lines, for instance. Qualified bonding experts ensure a reliable and efficient process flow, certified according to DIN 6701 and DIN 2304.

We are equipped with several welding robots. These systems with shuttle table enable us to manufacture larger series of individual products. With a clamping length of 3,750 mm and a carrying capacity of one tonne, large components can also be processed.

To attain constantly high quality, we employ specially trained and qualified welders for MIG, MAG and TIG welding. Parts made of steel, stainless steel and aluminium are welded in numerous workplaces.

Various profile punching machines for processing aluminium or steel are in operation in our timed production lines. They are particularly suitable for processing high numbers of components that are provided with recurring forms.

With a pressing force of 200 tonnes, we bring previously machined components into the form desired by the customer. With our sheet metal folders, we are able to process lengths of 4,100 mm with 7 axes.

We obtain the components' surfaces from our sibling company, Europe's largest contract coating plant (CDP plant). Cathodic dip painting with subsequent powder or liquid paint coating ensures high-quality corrosion protection, long-term durability and the optical refinement of your product. Pre-treatment such as shot-blasting, phosphating, de-greasing or pickling, for instance, also forms part of our repertoire.

Film application enables the implementation of colour components within the shortest of delivery times. Many different colours are available in high gloss, matt or metallic. If the colour is no longer desired, the film is simply removed and the parts can continue to be used as new.
